A wild traffic stop in Nebraska is getting a lot of attention.

News Channel Nebraska reported (via CNN) that police pulled over a driver with a full-sized bull riding shotgun around 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Norfolk police responded to a call of a man driving eastbound with the bull in his passenger seat.

The car was adjusted so the bull could fit.

Police were able to catch up with the driver.

"Well, the officers received a call reference, a car driving into town that had a cow in it. They thought that it was going to be, you know, like a calf, something smaller, something that actually fit inside the vehicle," Capt. Chad Reiman, of the Norfolk Police Department, said.

Officers said there were some citable issues with the situation, so they wrote him some warnings and then asked him to take the bull home and leave the city.
