Baseus unveils inaugural EV charger during IFA 2023 preview event

Baseus has augmented its iconic Blade power bank series with a second generation just ahead of IFA 2023 - however, the OEM has even more than that to show off during the upcoming major tech industry

Baseus has augmented its iconic Blade power bank series with a second generation just ahead of IFA 2023 - however, the OEM has even more than that to show off during the upcoming major tech industry conference. For example, the OEM will also release new audio accessories such as its first ever youth-oriented Eli Sport 1 Series open earbuds.

They are touted to come with a "Unic Luminous" ear-hook material, and to have a removable lanyard so as to convert into neckbuds at the user's discretion. However, Baseus' imminent exhibition might also draw interest thanks to its "pioneering" Nebula Series Green GaN EV Charger, touted to keep idle power drain to a minimum while optimizing its thermal management and safety thanks to "11-layer" self-regulatory mechanisms and an IP55 rating for possible outdoor use.

The inaugural Nebula Series charger also boasts support for "remote 5G activation", real-time charging status updates and a plug-and-charge function that works over Bluetooth, all accessed via its own app. Baseus has yet to reveal pricing or availability for its new Fall 2023 line-up, however.
